All 2009 members will automatically receive a pack
detailing race dates, joining information etc. If

Track build up (please arrive early to
assist) |

Signing on (please ensure you bring your ACU
licence and club membership card to every
meeting) |

Technical Inspection (Each rider must attend
with parent or guardian). |

Practice followed by a short interval. |

Racing commences |

4.00-5.00 pm |
End of racing. Track breakdown and clean-up
to take place (everyone's help required
please!) prior to presentation of trophies. |

Trophy presentation (after track has been
taken down). |

Entries are
accepted on the day or in advance to the Club
Secretary. (Please supply to the Club Secretary
details of the meetings you are likely to attend,
this will assist in the preparation of race day
documentation.)
Entry fees
Youth -
£24 for the first class and £6 per additional
class.
Adult - £28 for the first class and £6 per
additional class.
(Each class
comprises of one practice and 6 heats). |

Club Membership Fees: |
£20.00 Family includes one rider - £6.00 rider
(Sibling). Please return your completed
application form ASAP to allow membership cards to
be issued at your first meeting.
