06 September - Round 6 of the Club championship
The meeting will now take place on Sunday 18th October instead of the scheduled date of 25th.
The race day format will also be changed to beat the dark nights and allow the club to run the usual Mums & Dads race

Racing to commence 11.30 prompt

The Club presentation evening will take place this year on Saturday 7th November at Whitcliffe Mount Sports Centre, Cleckheaton, Nr Bradford.

The venue is Licensed for 350 so all our welcome; Friends, Family, Spectators and supporters. Booking form is available to download here

15th July - Important News on White Rose Weekender

Ok Guys here’s the deal!

The meeting will be the Club Championships 2009 and White Rose Trophy combined with six races on the Saturday and six races on the Sunday. The Trophies will be awarded to the first three in all classes on both days. The overall top point scorers over the two days in each class will be declared the White Rose Champion and a trophy will be given for 1st place only.

Youth - FREE

Entries
Adults – Saturday £28.00
Sunday £28.00
Both days £48.00 saving £8.00

Youth - Saturday £24.00
Sunday £24.00
Both days £39.00 saving £9.00

Plus FREE camping. (Please let the Secretary know if you are intending to camp)

This is how it works:
Entries/Regs must be sent back to the Secretary by Saturday 16th August 2009. If you are competing on both days deduct the discount from your Cheque/PO. We are restricted on numbers so entries will be accepted on a first come first served basis so please get your entries in early – don’t be disappointed!!!

10th July - Round 3 Meeting report now online

27th May - Whiterose Weekender  - August 22nd & 23rd

Yorkshire Junior Grass Track Club are extending a "come and ride with us" invitation to Youth Riders (all Classes) throughout the UK.

Over the White Rose Championship weekend we are offering Free Day Membership (Youth Only) and Discounted Entry Fees (Youth and Adult) for the second day. Free Camping is also available from 4pm on Friday 21st August 2009.

If you have never raced in Yorkshire now's your chance. We want this to be a celebration of Youth Racing and your invited!

The event will be run on a Grand Prix basis with points over the two days being accumulated and the top scorer over the two days being crowned White Rose Champion. Points from both days counting towards the Club Championship.

Trophies awarded for both days as per club championship, also White Rose Trophy awarded to the highest point scorer in each class over the two days.

Thanks to all that helped in promotion of the Club at Sheffield speedway on Thursday evening, everything went as planned including the parade laps..
